Who Is Goddess Shasthi and How Did She Originate?

It is said that Chhath Devi is the sister of God of the Sun. But according to Chhath Vrat Katha, Chhath Devi has been described as Devasena, the daughter of God. Devasena says in his introduction that it originated in the sixth part of the original Nature, that's why they call me Shashthi. Devi says that if you want to have children, then worship me properly. It is said that they are the rules to make this bid in Kartik Shukla Shashthi.

In the texts of the Scriptures, Kartik Shukla Shashthi is also associated with Suryopasana in association with Mother Sita after the arrival of Lord Sri Rama to Ayodhya in this period of Ramayana, it is also related to Kunti's achievement of a son from Suryopasana before marriage in the Mahabharata period.

Karna originated in the ritual of Suryadev, who was given to Kunti single after he gave birth to the river, he was also a worshiper of Suryadev. They would stay in the water for hours and worship the sun. It is believed that the infinite grace of the sun was always in Karna. For this reason, people also worship Kartik Shukla Shashthi to obtain God's blessings from the Sun.
